The Corporate Engagement team hosted a webinar on innovations in water security at Northwestern, spanning topics from engineering to global health. Professors Aaron Packman and Sera Young led the session and shared insights into water research and collaboration with corporate and utility partners.

Professor Packman presented innovative technologies for safe water reuse and resource recovery, which were pilot tested with corporate and utility partners through the Collaborative Water-Energy Research Center (CoWERC) and Great Lakes ReNEW Water Innovation Engine.

Professor Young described the Water Insecurity Experiences (WISE) Scales, a novel approach to measuring water insecurity that has been adopted globally by organizations such as the World Bank and UNICEF.
